Community Based Training

For school-age children

Maliaka & Associates, LLC offers school-age children with developmental differences an opportunity to create a day that meets his/her daily needs. It will offer an individual the opportunity to utilize skills from his/her current repertoire and newly acquired skills to maintain success in the education system, pre-vocational community training opportunities, and pursue post-secondary education. Participants with parent support have the chance to choose, create, and lead an integrated and inclusive life with support. All skills are practiced and modeled in the community, utilizing all community resources.

For young adults

Maliaka & Associates, LLC offers adults with developmental differences an opportunity to create a day that meets his/her daily needs. It will offer an individual the opportunity to utilize skills from his/her current repertoire and newly acquired skills to gain and maintain employment, volunteer opportunities, and pursue post-secondary education. Participants will also have the chance to choose, create, and lead an integrated and inclusive life with support. All skills are practiced and modeled in the community, utilizing all community resources.
