Camp Cre8 is a game changer for my son's live. The quality of care and intention behind its programming is unparalleled. The growth and improvement has far exceeded any expectation that I had. Maliaka is so knowledgeable and thoughtful in her approach to learning and offers unique experiences through her camps and social clubs. Her staff is so kind a patient and every interaction is led with love.  I don't know what we would do without them.

Maliaka and Associates has created a space where children with developmental disabilities can thrive and grow.  The exposure he has received and relationships with his peers has been indispensable in his growth.  I'm grateful for the opportunities he has had with Camp Cre8 and the numerous other activities he has participated in, both inside and
outside of camp.

At first, I was nervous about leaving my child here because I didn't know anything about the people the camp itself, but they do an outstanding job at making sure you know the ins and out of the program. My child is verbal, and he came home racing about the coaches and the overall experience. The kids are also not pushed into doing anything they aren't comfortable with; they are encouraged to venture out of their comfort space but never forced. my 6-year-old and I loved winter session so much we did spring as well and look forward to summer.

Maliaka has a special talent to pull things out of your kids in a way you as a parent haven't been able to do. The site is amazing when we first walked in immediately my son wanted to be there. They have so many fun activities and field trips throughout the year.

Maliaka and Camp Cre8 are an amazing heaven-sent organization that has changed so many lives of families and children with different abilities!!! She means the world to my son and I, creating a space he can grow, learn, and thrive in. My son, on the spectrum had met so many new friends and we have another place Camp Cre8 that we can call home. Maliaka has played a significant role in my son Joseph’s life for several years, both directly and indirectly. Her unwavering dedication, empathy, and tireless efforts have greatly impacted Joseph’s life. She has provided tailored therapy sessions to address his specific needs and community outings where he can enjoy new experiences with his peers. In a world that often emphasizes differences and divides people, Maliaka believes in inclusion and creates an environment that reflects it. She fosters trust and open communication in a supportive and non-judgmental space, ensuring the emotional well-being of both the individual and the family. Caring for an adult son with Autism can be challenging, and I am grateful to have Maliaka in our lives. She’s truly one of a kind.

Camp Cre8 has been like an angel experience for my son and my family – nurturing, affirming, and full of so much joy and light. My son’s participation in Camp Cre8 camps, music class, and Out & About Sundays have been transformative for his development. He has been more verbally expressive and has shown vast improvement in his independent life skills. When participating in the programs he arrives and leaves with abundant joy. It is evident that he feels seen, that he is exposed to new people & places, and that he is guided with compassionate care in reaching his potential and demonstrating his God given gifts. The staff is attentive, caring, full of light, and led by an incomparable Director. Having partcipated in Camp Cre8 programs for more than three years now, we cannot imagine Camp Cre8 not being a part of our son’s life, continuing to impact his growth and development, while also creating so many joyful memories.

Greetings, There are no words to describe the support, love, and care that Maliaka and her staff at Camp Cre8 have demonstrated to my son, family, and I. I knew Camp Cre8 was the right place for my son to learn and thrive in ever since we stepped foot in her clubhouse. My son is thrilled every time he knows he is going to Camp Cre8! He looks forward to seeing his friends, the staff, and Ms. Maliaka. From the social club, music class, karate class, art class, summer camp, to the beautiful tour of the Sofi Stadium, my son has done more in the past year with Camp Cre8 than most kids in general. I have referred other special needs families to Camp Cre8 as well because everyone is always so intrigued by all the amazing things my autistic son has been a part by attending Camp Cre8! I believe that her passion, love, teachings and vision for these children are no match to other organizations, specialists, therapists, and other places and entities that my son and I have worked with over the past 11 years, since he has been diagnosed. Our experience with Camp Cre8 has been unmatched and we are so blessed to have found Maliaka! I appreciate Maliaka’s values and morals that she demonstrates, making it possible to include our special needs children and young adults to be out and about in the communities having great experiences as people should. We love her and the environment she has created for our babies, making it possible to grow and thrive in. It has taken a labor of love to do what Maliaka does and I can’t thank Camp Cre8 enough!!! Prior to Camp Cre8, I had difficulty in finding a place where my child could go socialize with peers and participate in meaningful activities outside of the home for children on the spectrum. Camp Cre8 became this and so much more. Since attending Camp Cre8, Malcolm has learned how to engage in financial transactions, participate in group dynamics and activities both inside and outside a facility, developed art and musical skills and, as a result, he has a better understanding of who he is and a newfound confidence. Camp Cre8 takes a peer based approach that allows the person to be who they are while being provided instructions to grow their skills and confidence. In all my years of taking Malcolm to different facilities, I have not been able to find a single location that provides a complete whole person approach as Camp Cre8 does. I’m in debt to Maliaka and her team for the opportunities and growth they have created for my child.

My 6-year-old son, Nicky, had the best summer break thanks to Maliaka, the Camp Cre8 counselors, and the many friends he made here. Initially, I was so nervous about leaving him every day because my son had difficulty acclimating to public school. However, at Camp Crea8, my son felt so welcomed, and he had such a great time that I did not have any trouble dropping him off every day. Thanks to Camp Crea8, Nicky learned valuable social and emotional skills and made lasting friendships. He could not stop talking about camp when he got home every day, and he looked forward to all their wonderful activities like Pool Tuesday and painting on Wednesdays. We cannot wait for summer camp to start next year!
